Read aloud while lighting a white candle.
"I call upon this candle flame,
To protect the ones I love,
Take care of them and keep them safe,
From the raging storm above."
After the storm has finished, and before snuffing out the candle, say,
"I call again upon this flame,
To release you from this spell,
The storm has passed and all are safe,
So, thank you and farewell."
Now SNUFF OUT candle - DO NOT BLOW OUT!
